Panos you were right, I got one at last! :D
What a great book! I had only the 2nd edition, and I thought it wouldn't be much different, just with the sets from 2007-2009 in it but my goodness I was wrong!
I particularly like the Playmo alphabet on page 254 - and 'Y' for 'yard sale' I pressume
It has some hilarious things for sale
One thing I can't work out is how it has 180 odd more pages than the 2nd edition, but it is no bigger ???
Damo :)

It's good.

i must get it too i have the first edition ???
-
i liked the 'p' for pirate and penguin and the 'x' for x-ray scan
Its a really great reference book and very usefull!! There are lyra sets in it that I have never seen it before :o :o :olike the fort union!!!
As for the pages, i think the 3rd edition has slimmer pages. just put the two book together and fill with your fingers the thickness of a single page in each book!

You are missing a lot Alex!! I had a look at a first edition at a toyshop whose owner used to work for Lyra! The 1st edition is so limited...

A wise buy, flatcat. It'll make a relaxing read from your college books.
