funny how sometimes when i do take photos of 'how to', nobody asks :P
ok....just trim off the police cap visors and some light sanding...then masking and spraying the black top and finally adding 2 PVC-sticker tails 2mm x 25mm (if I remember correctly)
I try to make  it PM-like so it has to be 2mm wide like the blue tails of the women's hats but slightly longer because real photos shows these tails reaching mid-way down the back of their uniforms)

and Baden,
i didnt want my posts here to be mirror-posts to GW so I did change their uniforms here(in GW, my russian sailors wore the more popular dark blue trousers...did i hear someone asking whether blue is for land-duty and white for ship-duty? ;D I dont know 0)
