(I'm getting nearer to being a warmonger again ;D
this is not for our 'How To' section ::)
not for 'Humour' section either ;D
maybe I'm going to be shown the door by our Pilot Group Selection Team :P )
Most of you would have seen the picture of PM's Samurai special coming out next year...
and many like me, have already made quite a few quite convincing samurai customs by now... ;)
which brings me to my cheeky point for PFers here... >:D
what would make PM's Samurai klicky or our samurai customs even more convincing? 8-)
notice how they stand...I bet they turn faster this way...MJ found that out long ago too.
I customade this years back (still non-historical non-war) but it breaks my heart(my klickies' legs) to do this last bit of 'convincing'
-
>:D wont go down well with aslmost everyone but imagine this....
(if this will upset Geobra, please, Sylvia/Richard, quickly delete this thread :P or hide it in our "Humour" section) :P

There is a simple answer to the feet and that is to have them produced the same way as the hands, then they could be turned.
As for turning at the waist, there are some custom klickies that do this. I have six fire-fighters that do this. Here's a photo of two of them in action, although it doesn't show the abilty to turn very well.

Oh I know. I recall seeing the method done by another member(cannot recall who exactly), while browsing the forum pages, and these firefighters were mabe by him for you! Still the idea is brilliant!!!

That's right - it was mobilux.

you guys are awesome(I cant find a better word) :)
I wasnt expecting anything to come out from this stomach-turning idea of mine but;
1) simple answer, Playmofire (for the turning feet) but needs smart man to think (not a new confucious saying ;D )
btw, I actually put a pin inside so the foot turns (as I was dead against using glue...and superglue as you know whitens the plastic ;)
2) WOW!!! WOW!!! (the twisting torsos)...can you please show me the discussion thread/link...how does the white skeleton inside swivel? what a torso-turning idea! ;D
now I'm beginning to wonder what else I've been missing for not joining PF earlier :P
oh..nearly forgot...this sunflower thingy is from a gardening klicky...I've forgotten if it was a special...can anyone here help Flatcat?
-
Hmmm... That would be really cool! ;D
Turning feet?
That would be awesome for Medieval customs!
Cavalry could look way more real, for breaking and perhaps standing in the saddle...
At least a trick of the eye could make it seem that way!
Brilliant, what an awesome idea! :o

Hi cheng, I will when we've moved house as I can then also show some more photos of the twisting klickies.
-
I've just remembered, it wasn't mobilux who made the twisting klickies (he isn't actually a member of PF) - it was MATCHBOXLUC!
-
Here's the link to the topic, cheng. It was easier to find than I thought it might be.
Pictures I will post after we've moved and unpacked.

thanks a million, Gordon!!
I did spend a while studying klickie's torsos and their internal frames...trying to see if there's a way...lots of cutting of the internal frame but not needing to cut the external torso..but I gave up... :P
now that I have seen Matchboxluc's use of the female and male frames.....ingenious!!!!
its a real motivation...I'll take a serious relook...but I dont want to cut torsos if I can help it ;D
