My name is Markus, I'm nearly 36, married and father of three children, 2 years, 4 years and 8 years old. I'm from Austria. No, not the land with the kangaroos. The land which "Arnie Schwarzenegger" is from.
I got my first playmobil 1978 or 1979. Western, knights, safari and so on. At the end of the ´80, I gave all to my 11 years younger cousin. Thanks to his mother, for giving him only some animals and figures. He was more a Legofan, so in 99 I got nearly the whole Playmos back. Including all westernhouses out of the ´70 in best condition. I gave it a second time away from me, in ´99, expecting all my westernplaymo.
So I started collecting the Western theme in 2007 with a nice, big couple of old playmo. I was at first a part of a diorama with two other guys at WOB. This year, in march, I made a dio here in Austria, St. Pölten, alone by my self about 48m². In march 2010 it shall be an acw dio. Actually it should get 100m². I would be happy, if 60 m² will be real. 8}
I'm very interested in the "Playmobil Sammler Club", and that was the final reason to get a member at playmofriends.
Why did I need a final reason? Well, I'm member in six German commons round about playmobil ::) and, I peg your all pardon, my English is ......??????........... not up to date! ;D
Thank you for spending your time, reading my life story, now I have to read some things!

Thank you all!
It's very nice here but sometimes, my head is smoking by trying to translate all into German. But it's getting better, day by day. ;D
I hope, you all will show me my mistakes, so I also get better in writing. The right vocables and the right building a sentence. :-[

Hi Markus, welcome on this forum
Do you know http://translate.google.de (http://translate.google.de)
maybe that helps ;)

Hi Markus, welcome on this forum
Do you know http://translate.google.de (http://translate.google.de)
maybe that helps ;)
Well, I tryed to translate this sentence I wrote into German with help by the google translator:
I hope, you all will show me my mistakes, so I also get better in writing. The right vocables and the right building a sentence.
The result was:
Ich hoffe, Sie alle werden mir zeigen, meine Fehler, so dass ich auch besser schriftlich. Das Recht und das Recht Vokabeln Aufbau eines Satzes.
Translating back into english with help by google translator:
I hope you all show me my mistakes, so I better writing. The right and the right vocabulary structure of a sentence.
This was I wanted to say:
Ich hoffe, Ihr alle zeigt mir meine Fehler, damit ich im schreiben besser werde. Die richtigen Vokabeln und den richtigen Satzbau.
Translated with google translator:
I hope you all show me my mistakes so I'll write the better. The right words and the correct syntax.
Please, tell me, what english is better to understand or more right / correct. I'm really not sure.
But I can tell you once, we almost talked about in the german forums, this translator can make many troubles, when you do it, with an important text. Could be very ambiguous (this word I found in a dictionary, first I wrote "missunderstoodable" but no translator knows this word :-[)
I wanted to show you these, also for Richard because of translating will be very important, for the pilot group. :-\
I'm really glad, to see members here, like Arizzo, Olki, Atilla and so on, which help to translate important things! Thank you all!

Hallo
Selbst verständlich ist translate.google.de nicht perfekt.
Und musst man achten auf was mann schreibt.
Ich selbst nutze translate.google nur für playclicks. (nur zum lesen)
Ich hoffe Sie können meine Deutsch lesen (Keine translate.google)
-
Ich hoffe Sie können meine Deutsch lesen (Keine translate.google)
So wie ich das sehe, ist auch kein translate.google notwendig! ;D Sehr gut zu verstehen!
