Title: where is the police man hat from

this hat i know comes with the 5504 victorian bobby set and the new small theater but on both these sets the hat has a drawing in the front in the first it has an eagle and in the second a round circle where is this one from that has no drawing ? http://cgi.ebay.at/Playmobil-Victorian-Police-Gangster-Jack-The-Ripper-set-/270600882079?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Toys_Creative_Educational_RL&hash=item3f0111c79f i've seen it many times on ebay is from ds or something??

Perhaps someone just removed the symbol, wich ever one it was.

By the way, didn´t know Jack the Ripper was eventually arrested by german police.
