The children are from set 4258
4258 - Royal Carriage (http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showinv.pl?setnum=4258)
The prince is from the Cinderella set 4213
30 00 3102 - Handsome Prince, white shirt with gold and blue trim (http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30-00-3102;pic_num=2)

Haven't found the 'princess' yet.
