No, you can turn the model around and zoom in.  Click and drag your mouse left and right over the picture.  Click the other round icons at the bottom to do other things.

Call me old fashined but this set lacks so much in realism , looking at it i dont find it that appelaing despite al the lovely details. playmobil has lost the plot a bit creating too much play access and instead of selling a building selling a wall with expensions basically. no, no, no ofr me i am afraid.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

I actually quite like it.  I like the way the staircase is accessable from the top.  The class rooms are bright and interesting and there are even two rest rooms!   ;D

I quite like it (apart from the fact that it's System X!!)
Does the gym connect to it OK?
I would like it to be bigger though, with extra classroom buildings for the woodwork and music classes and cafeteria, rather than just the contents.
That's the problem I've had today, trying to make shop buildings for my hairdressers, bank and butchers.  It's fine selling the contents, and one corner store, but I would like to see different options for the buildings to put them in.

As i said a wall with bit on it.. sorry for these words i just think older designs are far more realistic , somehow less accessible though

As an early Christmas gift to myself, I purchased the school with the restrooms.  This is the MOST DETAILED city themed set ever in a long time.  I love the science classroom.  It has "test tubes" in which the klicky can hold his/her hands.  It's super-detailed even more than the hospital set.  It's the perfect addition to the city theme sets.  I purchased the small gymnasium too.  I also decided to get the 3rd floor so that I can put the woodshop in the building.  I hope in the future, they get some more other "school-themed" classroom settings to add to my school.  It's extremely modern looking too.  I was VERY PLEASED with this set.  I was able to purchase it for under $155 on sale and no shipping charges either.  It's a great set for us that love the city theme.
