I have bought a lot a day or two and and found these wired looking parts. Does anyone know what they are or if they are playmobil?

They are hat bands from one of the 'Victorian' lady's hats - the little 'studs' at the front hold a flower.

I think it may have been used in other sets too, in other colours. 
I'll try and find the part number for you.
