Title: Part number of the PERCH for hat

I have been looking that for months. I know the handheld perch number from playmoDB, but cant get the one for those on hat with it you can put a parrot above the klicky.

The pirate captain from 4548 got one. BTW, are you folks in US able to get the peg leg now??

Thanks for the reply, but is there any other set with birds standing on a captain's head? instead of their hands?
