Hello
From where do these grey (more like dark brown) rifles come from? There were 4 of them in my latest goodie box, and I don't think they belong with the Sheriff's office or the Fort Randle :-\

The normal colour one is at the top. I know a different colour rifle came in the gold transport set, but that set only had two, and is far too modern a set to be in with the box of all 80's Playmo ???
Damo :)

That's interesting, as there is no hint of any of those sets in this lot :-\

One of the rifles in the Estrela Knife Thrower set is gray, though it is not officially Playmobil:

many lyra playmo had guns in this colour !!!!!!

I have come across these guns before but not in large numbers just the odd one or two at a time.
I have scanned an image of a nice western scene from what is probably a 1988 UK catalouge (thread coming soon) showing one of these rifles.
I have always assumed that all the parts used in the scenes in the catalogues came direct from the German factory. Although a lot of western sets in the 80's where made in Spain which also had it's own parts numbering system might of made the guns.
