I think it means ...
Original Versiegelt Betrug = Original Sealed Box
which would be about the same as ...
MIB = Mint In Box
NOTE: However, literally Betrug translates as "fraud" in English!
(Hopefully someone else has a better answer for you.)

"Betrug" in fact means "fraud". :D
But the "P" in "OVP" does not stand for "Betrug" but for "Packung" (=box).
OVP: Original verschlossene/versiegelte Packung.
Everything else that Richard wrote is correct! :)

Well, you have to be careful with this. Sometimes they write something like "with OVP" and in fact mean that the set comes with the original box, but it might be that you buy used playmo then.
Most sellers are not so familiar with these collector terms...

Hi,
OVP means 'Original Verpackt', so it comes with the original box, it does by no means mean that it is new and unused. If you want to be 100 % sure that you are buying a new and sealed set it should read 'MISB' (mint in sealed box) or BNIB (brand new in box). 'MIB' means 'mint in box' but it still can mean that the original bags could have been opened and that it has been on display or even been played with. I am a 'mint in sealed box' collector, so I always try to buy sets which are either unopened or in case they have been opened all the contents and accessories are still in its sealed original bags. If you want to be absolutely sure than just write a quick email to the seller and ask if the set is 100 % new and unopened. In case it has been opened you can ask if all the figures and contents are still in its original sealed plastic bags, or just ask for more pictures.

NISB: new in sealed box - means the same like MISB?
nrfb: never removed from box - means potentially an open box but still sealed content as in the sealed box, never played with.

What does NEU OVP mean?
-
What does NEU OVP mean?
NEU: german for NEW.
OVP: german abreviation for "original box" or "originally boxed". Unfortunately, therefore it is not explicitely said whether this means that it just comes with the original box or is still sealed in its original box.
So, altogether, depending on the seller, "NEU OVP" should typically be somewhere between NISB and NRFB.
