Which klicky is this and which set does it come from?

it is not a pirate klicky, its the prisoner from 3674

 i don't think he is something intresting exept his hat with it's feather and the red beard that wasen't available in any other set with this colour as the hat !!!!! was the beard in any other set in this color red??

Long time ... :)

I used to like this one ... However I soon tore it appart. I put the beard in that first fat pirate klicky, and the hat of this one, all right. He was a mediecal physician in Degendorf ... the beginnings of my stories :love:

(They're all my cousins' now ;D )
