Title: What is this wierd hook thing

Hi,
Does anyone know what this part is please - it fits perfectly onto a tractors hitch and must be something to do with a trailer ??? My guess was something to do with Playmospace but it probably isn't :-\

I took pic at night so colour looks funny but it is solid red

The hitch for the dozer blade to attach to the front of the tractor :-\
