Hello all
Basically I'm 17 years old and from England. I'm also addicted to playmobil, since the age of 7 I think. Many happy memories I had of me and my brother tying a figure with string attached to the back of my western steam engine and watching him bounce along the track smashing into things :). Not to mention staging mock castle seiges and western shootouts and pirate ships
I actually found this forum while trying to find Playmobil Polizei sets as they look cooler than the other police in black then I found the garden wargaming website which linked me to here. So I daresay I'll create a post in the trading section.
I'm actaully doing an A level art project on the urban environment, part of it consists of LEGO and Playmobil scenes which I might upload

still have the sets, course they are all scattered and mixed up with different sets but I don't plan on selling or becoming a collecter who keeps everything in a abox on a shelf ;)

I'm not really that concerned, as long as the people and decor match the rough time period I'm fine
ie pirate outfits in a castle seige works fine :), Western outfits in a pirate scene works fine etc

Hello and welcome from the Scottish Highlands!

Hi gaunty14!
Welcome also from Germany!
Enjoy the board and have fun with your playmo...
To be honest, I feel like mixing between different playmo themes has been easier ten years ago.
This is something I really miss in the new sets and themes. The egypt soldiers will never get a
job in my sons postal office. :-\
On the other hand, we have a strong tendency of playmo city museums and amusement parks,
where city people can enjoy pirate boats or castles and enter pyramids etc. Then it works. :)
best,
socrates
