Title: New, faster UK DS delivery times

Logging on to UK Playmobil, I see that DS delivery times are now 5 working days from placing an order.  That's half what it was when I ordered earlier this month.

I just noticed that as well - last time I ordered from DS it took two weeks to arrive, and it was mid-year and normal sets from the DS catalogue :-\

That is good news! 
I haven't ordered from ds for a good few years - instead looking for spares on ebay, but must place an order soon. 
Can it be done by email or will I have to phone the order in? 
I'd be grateful for some advice as I am not sure what to do first.

I email my order in on my own designed order form.  I can email you a copy if you like.
