After posting my original CAFS custom here:

I decided that it was possible to make a better custom of this piece of equipment by cutting the original fitting slightly differently. I had time to do this this afternoon and the result (plus the real thing) are shown below. The Playmobil parts used are just the same, the only differences being where the yellow branch was cut and the fact that the telephoto lens forming the nozzle wasn't cut at all in this version.

Thank you all for your compliments. :wave: On reflection, the first attempt was a rush job, a spur of the moment custom, and not really thought through. On the bright side, I suppose the second attempt shows that I can compare and evaluate two items (an original and a copy), identify areas where one can be improved compared with the other and then create a third item incorporating the necessry changes.
