Where can i get playmobil pliers?

-
are such thing available ?? to take off the head?

To take off the head I use pincers, rather different from pliers.  These are similar to the ones I use:

 I'll scan mine tomorrow.

I have used long needle nosed pliers with sections of thick rubber hose pushed on to the fingers of the pliers & then place the Klicky in between the fingers & squeeze the pliers handles together to obtain a decapitated Klicky procedure  :o!

				I am after Gordon's method...

Sorry not to have answere your question b-w.  A tool shop or hardware store or ironmongers or DIY store should stock them.

i'am sorry i pressed post button by mistake . and  put underneath the pliers a piece of cotton the 2 sides of the pliers sould be on the side of the head not in the face so in case of scruch it woulden't be seen the hair would cover it! you can find these on any stores that sell tools  ;) i hope  my opinions were usefull.

Must be VEEEEEERY careful while doing that....pincer is safer i think.....Still, if you grow the talent, you can do it easily!!!

really! with that you might damage the neck??

not if its not sharp at all, nor squeeze the neck at all, just keep your grip steady at the lower curvy sides of the head and pull hard without sqeezing....truth is, my hands and shoulders hurt sometimes from all the pulling...
-
you could put a towell underneath!

Thank you all for the great ideas and thank you Gordon for telling me now where I could get them.I was asking  because I saw one time in eBay special pliers the Playmobil took out one year and the guy was selling a pair. I was about to buy them, but they were too expensive.  :-[

 Thanks again everyone.

Or masking tape round the neck.  A handkerchief may be better than a towel as a towel may be too thick for the pliers to grip.

Sorry to answer this fairly late...
But I use a vice grip...
Are the methods mentioned here easier?
 Or even just as hard,
Lugging a vice grip from room to room to decapitate Playmo is rather hard...
So if these smaller tools work better (or just as well) I would really like to know.
