We (of course ;) ) had kind of a discussion like this before.
You will enjoy reading this thread:

I remembered, because I was tempted to post the same klickies again.
enjoy,
socrates
-
my favourite clicky is the man from 5300 dressed in pink and purple!!!!!
i hope a picture is not needed
-
My favourite klicky is the one I used for my avatar
He comes from the heavy haulage set 4084, purely because I like his clothing and he can fit in almost anywhere (and he looks a bit like me) :klickywink:
-
My favorite of all time is currently, and will probably stay, a single Roman Legionary as found in 4271 or 7878.
Because I built a "small" Roman army, I probabkly have more of this one figure than any other, at least 100.
Although the Roman theme is being pared down to bare bones to make room for new themes, the Romans were what sparked off my current collection, and rapidly brought me here in August 2007. I've been here less time than many, but I'm fourth on all time posts, so I guess I must enjoy being here and chatting about Playmo with my Playmofriends!
-
Hmmmm... that is a tough one for me... ???
I would probably say the klicky I used as my Avatar.
The Forest Ghost from set 3933.
Either that or one of the Roman klickies,
The chainmail ones of course! ;D
-
From ones I own (otherwise this would be too difficult) I'd say it's the witch from set 4212 ( the hansel and gretel set) I bought her separately off eBay I love her glasses with the nose/beak and the baked goods on her dress. She's just so weird. I love her.
I do have a few runners up, though.
-
My favourite is a blonde lady with a large red hat and red ballgown from a red easter egg. She's very pretty and she's got the same colour hair as me and red is my favourite colour.
So THANK YOU SYLVIAS for my easter egg ladies. One was a present from my mother Sylvia and one I manged to get from our Sylvia here!
-
My favourite klicky is the 3315 dark knight! But, i an in love with the female pirate from the 3285 pirate set  ....
Otherwise, what can i say, these are all my favourite ones!!! :) :)
-
I think my favorite klicky is the Dark Queen 4591, don't ask me why , she's got that mysterious eyes and that elegant dress..., "mirror mirror on the wall, who is the most beautiful one of all??" :-[

So many to choose from.....
I think my favourite figure I've recently acquired would be the Robin Hood special 4582, and before that was the Pirate Soldiers (3111, 3112, 3113).
-
so many of them as well, but there is something I like very much wich is not really a klicky...
that's what I like :

That was a great figure! Infinitely more "Robin Hoody" than the 4672 effort.

lol! .. Richard likes this one too! =P

Aw, I don't think the 4672 is an effor of Robin Hood ... I think it's a simple soldier archer ...
That special is the Robin Hood guy, all right! =P it's its intention.

My favorite Klicky is without a doubt Mrs Johan Macclesfield  who is showing on the left handside of the picture below and who is one of the very few original Playmobil which I had purchased in the summer of 1990 in Carcassonne and have been with me ever since then ( from Corsica to the Nile, Hong Kong, Auckland, Sydney, Montreal, NYC and all the places I have visited in the past 20 years 8-) ) And for those who are wondering if she is still single, I am afraid there IS a Mr John Macclesfield

Karim :)

(Lady in pink, I guess)
=/
Klicky who knows the world, aye? .. lol!
-
originally it had blonde hair and a different object on the neck from 5321 bedroom
have you always had it that way or in the years you changed the hair and the other item????
-
That is an interesting question as I sincerely believe I have never changed Mrs Macclesfiled accessories or hair colour ever since she entered my life along with the entire Victorian collection on a very happy day of summer 1990 ???!
I remember being literally in heaven after the "expensive" purchase - 2.300.00 Francs of the time for the collection including the horse carriage and the car - and I can still feel the warm summer evening while I was unpacking these beauties
Bizarre and puzzling indeed :)
Karim :)

here ... attached
(from collectobil)

(Bug ... pictures used to be really cool! Notice how the photographer took the care of putting the woman in the angle with the mirror, so as to reflect her! #wonderful!)
-
yes it's a long time ago to remember ,you bought them used or new?
-
Gus
Are you seriously implying that MY Mrs Macclesfield has been been a fraud all these years
Oh, my God ! I am in need of psychotherapist after such a shocking revelation 8}
Karim :)
PS : memo to all adults Playmo Collectors : NEVER pour yourself a glass of Merlot when unpacking the boxes and assembling your klickies  This was my first mistake and this surely will not be my last :-[
PS 2 : Playmo89 :wave: I would not have spent such a fortune on a 2nd hand collection ! Yes, the theme had just been released in France hence its extortionate price 8}
-
Gus

lol! .. =P
Well, I only showed some picture ... (Er .. sorry, but I do think so.)
As for psychotherapy, I think there are members in the forum who might give a hand ... People in the field .. xD
Gus

Only too true..... :woohoo:
-
And I could not agree more
Karim :)

i don't know the french money value ,that's why i guessed it's from a second hand . i was a child at that time i wasn't able to play with playmobil because i was little. i would like to have the feeling you had then with the new toys today but there is not that intresting toys made today so we collect the toys of the past with 10 times up the price you bought them then i think!!
-
In today's money, it would be about 600 Euros which is by all means very expensive...still 8}
The theme had just been released and I remember that the toy shop had only one large house, one horse carriage and one Oldtimer car available
Well 1989, that "feeling" is indeed hard to describe as Playmobil produced a Theme that I had dreamed about and would not have designed better should have I been involved in the design process ;)
I vividly remember passing in front of this large toy shop and froze in front of the window displaying the Victorian Theme ( Belle Epoque in French ) and it was simply "love at first sight"
It was a scorching hot summer and I was listening to Paula Abdul's dance remixes on my walkman !
My taste in music has evolved - thanks God for this - but my addiction remained !
So you see my Friend, a 20 years old love story ;)
Karim ;)
-
yes it is alot of money 600, now today only the house is costing 600 euro
about the whole collection i don't want to think how much money costed to me!
it would be a nice experience when you first saw the collection.

I'm in doubt here ... I like those of the previous thread, brought back (from the shadows of the past) by Socrates, but those are the ones of my childhood ... There are new ones.
I'd need to include a few :-[
-
I also forgot to mention yet another favourite klicky (Im starting to think this really is impossible to narrow it down to just one!):
The Public Executioner 4524. He was the reason I started collecting PM again (I had foolishly thought I should leave all childhood things behind as I became an "adult"!) and that was when I realized PM created the Specials, some of which are among my favourites (here we go again!).
Perhaps this guy speaks to my love of black humor, but I love (and am a bit surprised) that PM made him.
OFF WITH HIS HEAD!

I really love this hat!!! Its one of my favourite klickies too!!!!

I'm unable to separate a klicky from the set it comes in as, by themselves, they are just klickies. With this proviso I'd nominate these two as my favourite:

My favourite klicky has always remained the same. I loved him as a kid and I love him as an adult still:
The count.

Even my avatar is derived from him ...

I reckon thast one of my favourite klickies also .Lovely picture and i remember buying this klicky when i was a kid, it was one of best sets and most sought after especially due to the rare fur clothing and the writing set . Simply awesome. would be nice if playmobil remakes these , they would sell a lot i reckon even at a premium !!!!
-
I have never seen that set before Count Bogro and it is magnificent. I love the writing table, quills etc.
