I am thinking of creating some access on the back at all levels otherwise it will be kinda difficult to use these rooms and fil them with stuff and klickies etc etc ... :) :) :). Apologies for the bad quality of pictures taken by phone etc etc :-[ :-[

Hi Giorginetto
I love this set for that bell tower. The sign is also nice but for some reason that bell is such a great addition to a castle. To be able to pull the bell from the ground floor is a great design. I only wish I had a lot more of them for a stecks church. It is a hard piece to understand if you do not have one and you really can not see it in the box picture so it took me a long time to even know it existed. I ended up with one in a miscellaneous lot and had no idea what I had. It took me over a week to realize it fit inside a square stecks tower.
Great find and thanks for the pictures of your progress

Now thats something i didnt know Rasputin. Actually i havent even noticed this bell can be pulled from ground floor . I am looking at the 1977 range of mediaval house inc the beautiful 4977 House and I guess it must have been something back then to have all these houses... i bought the Baker's house back in 1983/84 and i remember the excitement , ;D
The Kings quarter's will have to be changed completely . will creat rooms and have open walls at the back to be able to put klickies etc etc , Roof i reckon will stay as it is and i will not use the open roof parts, i wish i had more time for all this , stealing a few hours here and there and in a few weeks all my playmobil wil go to a storage area in long and tall shelves and plastic boxes etc etc plus a few big tables with green ( like the billiard tables) cloth on them ... i really hope to finish the kings quarters today and proceed to the rest of the fortifications etc etc ;D

Hello
Even in the pictures I could never quite understand how the bell was hanging there. With the misc. lot all the parts were there but I could not figure out that they all went together.
I use these parts combined with this floor piece to allow the string to make it to the ground floor. This floor has the hole in the corner.

... and here is the latest . I changed the kings quarters all together and even used the holed roof parts which i dont really like but i would like to fill all the rooms with klickies, i even used doors in between all the rooms and stairs. I have completed the wall that separates the kings quarters/ barracks from the city with 4 main double castle doors and now next will build the city sourround walls, will be about the same foot print as the one shown , the 4 big towers will go at 4 corners with the 2 smaller in the 2 corners of the wall in between . i will put 4 draw bridges in the city walls , 2 in the front and 2 on each side and then the 16 small towers all round . expect to have it completed by end of weekend, then i have to build the dragon/ magic castle ( 7 green dragons , the ' flying squadron of the enemy' , the vikings, the forrest etc etc and then pu in all the items and the over 1000 klickies !!!! many pictures will follow bear with me please ... ;D ;D ;D ;D
