Hello >:(
I was changing my profile at Klickywelt and all of a sudden I am not allowed to log on anymore.
I get this message "You have entered an incorrect or inactive user-name, or password is wrong."
so then I try to Email the password to myself and I get "Sorry, but your password can not be sent at the moment, because your account is currently inactive. Please contact the Administrator for further information."
How am I supposed to contact the admin. if I can not log on and let alone read German?
does anybody have an account that can ask what is going on please.

What have you changed? Your emailadress?
When you change your emailadress, the software will deactivate your account automatically. But that is not harm, because all admins will get an informationmail and then they can activate you again.
I have informed colonel Klicky and now I will also inform Spielzeugsteff.

Yes I changed my Email address and that is when it all happened. I was able to log on this morning so all seems to be up and running. Thank you so much Mac Gayver & Bennain for all your help and support in this annoying matter :wow:
