Title: Medieval photo reworks
Post by: kenc on January 14, 2010, 11:05:24
Like many of us, I'm eager to see the upcoming 2010 sets. In the mean time, and especially because I've currently no time and place to create extended dioramas, I decided to re-edit some old photos. The first picture dated 2002 shows the tree-stump from the 90s magic theme. The second picture shows 2005's Blackbeard ship in a paste-up picture of a previous church model and castle Neveling. I must admit that combining the three pictures results in strange lighting, shadows and perspective effects but it was fun creating the picture  8}

Hi Kenc  :wave:

   Very nice photo editing. They both in their unique ways are what is missing at Playmobil box art department. Through the use of computers Playmobil should be able to create elaborate scenes similar to these ones.

   Thanks for sharing

Nice!  I kindof like the different lightings--contributes to a sort of "otherworldly" feeling.  Especially the ship pic--looks like a big storm is about to roll in!

What he said. Makes Playmobil's current attempts at "box art" ::)  look like a 5-yo's scribblings.
