Hello everyone
How are you all? I'm sure every ones been busy with their own dioramas etc, as well as trying to get ready for Christmas. I've managed to get a few more things finished off lately so I've taken a break to try and update you with some more of my work.
I've started a new post for this simply as I've got lots of pictures to put up and I'm hoping everyone will add pictures of their market stalls here as well. :yup:
With luck we'll have a full market town. :woohoo:
Cheers, Emma

First class quality, Emma.J :)9! I really like your custom Victorian houses & diorama setup!

That is a great town square Emma and the building facades are great! I really, really like that roasted chestnut vendor, is he a custom? Thank you for
taunting sharing with us! :yup:

That's a quite astounding layout, Emma. :wow: :wow: :wow: I can't work out how you find the time to do all these things, but you always do them very well indeed. Thanks for taking the time to share them with us.

Excellent work, as usual! :wow: :wow: :wow:

Hi Geppetto,
yes the chestnut vendor is a custom job. Made from a broken pram and a stove with a few extra bits I had in my parts box.
As to how I find the time I admit I did the market stalls a couple of months ago but it was only the other week that I got chance to put them on the base and add a few finishing touches here and there. ::)

Hi glad every one is enjoying the market.
:help: I'm hoping you'll all add pictures of your own favourite market stalls on here so we can all share ideas. I know Tricorne Jock has some great Roman ones :wow:
For Tierman a close up of the Butchers stall with lots of mini food. :munch:

The town is alive and vibrant. So many things to look at. Superb work.
What is the vendor second from left? Is that a baker? Love the gold scroll work on your black conservatory facade.

That's a beautiful custom Victorian market diorama, Emma. Superb work! :wow:

Hello
thanks every one for your kind comments.
I've had a bit of interest in the market with over 300 views of the video and over 120 watchers on ebay so I've got my fingers crossed.
Here's the link to the video:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-_0Gpy3c-c (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-_0Gpy3c-c)
Anything I make on the market I'm going to use to get some western items as I thought I'd try customising a few of those items next.
I've had a go at a chuck wagon which will be on another post soon.
Dear Cloud Strife,
the stall second to left is the habadashiery (fabric) stall. Picture below.

:snowman: Hi,
thanks very much every one for the very kind comments, it does inspire me and keeps me going when I'm making things. I admit I look forward to hearing what every one thinks of my stuff, I'm always nervous that what I do wont appeal to many as it's not the same time of customisation that many do on here just by remaking things from playmo parts.
:xmascheer: Cheers Bogro, please feel free to copy anything you like, trust me I've tried to copy a few other peoples work ( not to much success mind!) so please have a go and pop up a picture on here I'm sure we'd all love to see some more markets etc on here.
My next big scene will be a Medieval market, which I've got plans for and some new ideas - fingers crossed.
:rudy: Emma.

Hi Emma
I just love looking at your scenes. All the details and the way you structure you pictures is superb. I am a bit of a purist and try very hard to use only Playmobil, but there is no reason I can not appreciate you spectacular scenes. Thanks for sharing your work and I too look forward to seeing more.
You asked for our own so here are a few shots of the little scene we have set up . We have been patiently waiting for the Add On fish stand and now that it is here in the US we plan on re-working our scene.
