Hi,
thx for your wishes !!
What did you do for the chocolate frosting to make it so smooth?
The spicecake had a chocolate coat.
There many different ways to make this.
But i use only coating chocolate (kuvertüre) , i crushing it and use it in a wather bath.

a second way are melt it veryslow in your microwave.
The perfect temperature are for dark chocolate 32° C.
have fun
greetings

Thanks! I was wondering if it was some kind of fondant, but I *definately* like the pure chocolate better! ;D
