I liked it even though I'm not a magic world theme fan! My 2 year old grandson is slowly converting me to the dragon, knight, & castle theme  :-[! I bought him one of the green, & red old style dragons, & they never leave his sight for very long. He calls them "dagons", & carries 1 with him where ever he goes.

I've played a number of games in this genre (i.e. Everquest, World of Warcraft, Lord of the Rings, Dark Age of Camelot), and I must say the promo for Playmobil World looks fun.  Lots of these "worlds" exist, but I think there is room for something like this aimed at a young audience.  Hopefully they will offer plenty of nonviolent options, such as costumes and housing with decorations.  It could be enjoyable to build Playmo-style structures in an online world, indeed I could even see adults getting excited about that.  I'm impressed with how well they have preserved the look and feel of the Playmo people, and I hope they translate the other fun parts of Playmobil equally well!
