OK,
I'll see if I can get the pictures posted.
At least I hope this is the right category to start this thread.
I'll do my best.
There should be 4 pictures, because there were only 4 of the 6 specials available in my store.
I hope to get the others by next week.

Thank you for the photos Playmofool, it is interesting that the Arabian warrior's belt can be put on/off without taking him apart.

1. Yep, it was like this with the first Arabian special, too.
2. Sorry for posting the picture of the 2 children here. They were in fact available in January, but when you've got a 6-year-old girl who is almost too eager to go to school in a few weeks, you're perception changes completely and you discover things on the toy rack that you haven't seen before.

Thanks Playmofool! It's very interesting (at least for me) to know all the knights in detail, and with pictures :wow:

Thanks for the photos of the set contents! :)9
The little fairy and unicorn set is adorable. Must check my local toyshop to see if it's available yet!

I like the swan Knight

Some of the colours are worth mentioning, too.
So the swan knight's sword and mace are dark metal. The sword in this color had only been put one other box - another special (4547)
The Arab warriors wooden shield is a new color as well. The color is a reddish light brown and fits the color of the arms of the figure - interesting variation.

Thanks for the pictures!
I was wondering about the details of the swanknight - but I think he'll do nicely for my litle project...

Many thanks for the pictures!
I ordered several of both the Swan Knight and the Arab warrior as soon as they were available on the Playmobil UK website. Waiting with baited breath for them to arrive...
The Swan Knight has, I think, a nice new coat of arms, and the Arab warrior's body and especially legs will be really useful for customising.
Cheers,

I've ordered several of each of these, but I think the Swan knight is spoilt by his red belt and the wrong sort of boots.
Playmobil are currently using too many bright colours in the Knight theme. Red shield and crest is OK, but he should have dark silver legs (same colour as his sword, I think Playmobil are calling it anthracite) and the same for his belt.

Greetings,
I agree, on all points, but I have no doubts I'll be able to find uses for all the parts. Except maybe the head: I find the brown, twirled-up, 3-Musketeers-style moustache a bit dopey-looking. Happily, I have a bag full of other heads waiting to be attached to bodies.
Cheers,

I for one, am glad with the legs he has - it will do nicely for my little project. If all succeeds, then I should have some men-at-arms for my castle.

I am not that impressed with the Swan knight but the Arab warrior is definitely of major interest!
I also really like CountBogro's new avatar, those background pictures add a lot to the overall effect!
