then they took off all my clothes, i guess it's for homeless people or something
-
then they grabbed me held me down and stuck a huge screwdriver down my pants!
-
they twisted it and look what it did to me!
-
they ripped my partialy attached legs off!
-
i like my old legs better, it went with my shirt, and these ones are to bland!
-

-
this is probably gonna hurt! :(
-
I'm all in pieces!
-
wait, don't cut that off, don't paint me there! Don't glue that on me!

I hope you liked it

Hello, Seawarrior ...
An excellent POV dramatization of a Klicky's separation anxiety ... :klickywink:
I was very happy to see that you use a small flat-bladed screwdriver to remove the original legs, so that you can substitute "bland" legs before you employ the "Hans-On" method.
Great photos with a clever and humorous narrative!
Well done SW ... :wow:
All the best,
Richard

Your little story put a smile on my face, SW.
I never stopped to consider what dis-assembly might feel like to the klicky. Cute idea! ;D

Genius! Genius!
This is great! And so funny! I love it! :wow:
-
Excellent idea thinking outside of the box :wow:! But, It's not going to change the way I take care of business :evilplan:!

Would you mind I translated the story to Portuguese, and shared in the Brasilian forum? People here in Brasil (and I thought I was the only one! :o, I'm not ...) generally don't know how to unklockt a klicky ...
(And I'll have to teach them the Spanish method, too ... Good that we'll have a meeting, if things go well, I'll may go ;D )
Let me know, please, Sw. Thanks.

Could you please translate it for me??? It looks good though

i translated it and you portrayed it nicely, and people seemed to like it

I was very faithful to your words, so, the translation is exactly what you wrote, I only verted into Portuguese ...
People liked it :)
However, most of them are a bit afraid because they haven't done it yet. (Playmobil is an old thing, in Brazil, and it's back since last year, so, we're getting used to it, but most of us didn't grow up with it, so, disklickying the klicky is something completely new ... ;D )
Another thing that I was suspicious about, and tha was confirmed, is that the Hans doesn't work out with Troll playmo, because the quality of the material is lesser. The legs literally break with the Hans. They'll have to use the Spanish method ... ::)
(I don't have any Troll playmos anymore, but I've seen them recently and I had a memory that the plastic was of lesser quality material ...)
People liked it, anyway. Specially your story :)
Which, by the way, is VERY good! ;D :yup:
I'll keep you informed. If you wish me to translate any specific parts of the dialogues in the thread, Sewarrior, do tell me, I may do it for you.
Thanks again, for allowing the rights :yup:

Could you possibly tell us more about the Brazilian Forum ?
What are the hot topics there ?
I guess our little Klickies are "shaking it better" to the sound of Samba

Haha! I haven't seen any samba klickys yet, Karim ...
Actually, Brasilian culture is very toward the US, in many things. This is why, for example, many, many people collect cowboys (as we call the Western collection), one of the lines I decided not to collect as an adult, once it isn't my history ...
The forum appeared out of need of the Playmobilist community to come out of orkut. Most Brasilians use orkut, it's a fever in Brasil. (Not to "have it" makes you a kind of an alien -- like me.) So, a community started in orkut. Once Brasil began to import Playmobil, since last year, the collector community saw it fit to come out of that place, and become a normal community.
So, it's starting, but it's ... very Brasilian, all right! It's funny to see people of my language speaking about it, even, and I admit I've recently been spending more time here than there, but I try to keep it in paralel.
In Brasil, there's two main kinds of collectors: the ones who collect the new ones, like me, and the ones who dig out the Trol ones, because of their childhood. I myself always saw that the Trol klickys are of very inferior quality than geobra B's, this is why I don't miss much my old childhood collection.
One very profitable thing that has been happening because of the new (and actually the 1st) forum are the meetings. There's been monthly meetings in Rio, and there was a meeting in Sampaulo, too.
(I haven't attended to any of them yet, for lack of resources, but eventually I will, in time.)
The forum has been working very nicely in this way: to gather the playmopeople in Brasil.
And it'll possibly help the toy market as well.
Lets see what comes of it.
