Title: 3766 water tower
Post by: Rasputin on February 23, 2009, 14:03:51
Hi i am trying to get info on these parts for the water tank

(http://img145.imageshack.us/img145/5052/waterspout.jpg) (http://imageshack.us)

Is the piece in front and on the end or the down spout rubbler ? I just picked up one of these and it is missing

30 05 505 connecting tube
30 05 482 down spout
30 80 778 spout tip

It was also missing the string but i can make those

The "8" as the third digit in 30 80 778 tells me that it's a piece made of some non-standard material: paper, cloth, metal, or rubber.  The other two "05" would be regular plastic.  Of course, someone who actually owns one is welcome to correct me!

Hi rasputin,
Let's see...
30 05 505 connecting tube - this is a rigid plastic piece
30 05 482 down spout -  also a rigid plastic piece
30 80 778 spout tip - this is a metal weight that fits inside the down spout

The only soft, rubber tubing in the set is 30 80 777. It slips onto the smaller diameter end of 30 05 505 and then connects to the main water tank 30 65 785. I would be happy to send you a scan of the instruction sheet if you need it. Just let me know, Steve

Hi thank you , I have the instructions from PlaymoFan (http://www.playmofan.nl/), but was unable to figure out what each part is made of . I hear the tank holds water and will work when you lower the downspout so there had to be some piece of rubber to give some bend somewhere . Thanks again for the explanation . if anybody sees these parts for sale i am in need of them . I for now will work on making something but it would be nice to have the original

No Problem,  I hope you can find the parts you need. The clear rubber tubing is something I'm sure you can buy. It's 3/8 inches outer diameter, and 9/32 of an inch inner diameter. It's 2 3/4 inches long. Good luck!
