Can anyone tell me how to find and then use the 360 degree viewing on the playmobil.de site, please?

Well, I've worked it out but for the fire engines it doesn't seem to be available (that's why I couldn't work it out), presumably because they are not yet available. But pingo seems to have used it with them! ???

I could run some of them (the new black dragon for example) but most of them didn't fire up or frooze halfway the download...
Perhaps I need a more powerfull PC; it seems to have developped a long white beard ;)

The 360° view is only available for the Rüstwagen (http://www.playmobil.de/on/demandware.store/Sites-DE-Site/de_DE/Product-Detail?pid=4821&cgid=Rettung).
In my Firefox browser it loads within 3 seconds.

I have 3-D for the smaller Pump engine, the boat and the fire station . It loads quickly but can take a while or not at all when you move around and it is supposed to re-focus . I am using Safari on a Mini Mac.

I also currently do have heavy difficulties the last days to view those animated Playmobil stuff (catalogue, 360° views, games, etc.) in that way that the flash stuff does not load to it's end (got stuck in the middle or at 95% or 98% or so).
And I don't think that it has anything to do with a slow computer (because I have a brand new quad-core fast one) or a low Internet bandwith (I use a 20 Mbit connection what should be satisfying). I assume it maybe has something to do with the server from Playmobil (do slow? overload?) or the installed flash plug-in at the browser. What flash versions are installed at your computer? I have version 10 and a current firefox version ... anybody else, especially those that also have problems ???

I have the same Flash version in Firefox but I am running an overloaded laptop.

Ok, thanks for the info. So the flash version can't be the reason, also because tomorrow the 360° view is working fine, which wasn't the case yesterday evening (and I didn't changes anything on my environment last night :P). Maybe a performance issue of the Playmobil servers ... to many people want to see the new items resulting in to many server requests and with this answering issues and timeouts ... ???

I, too, am on the latest FireFox and Flash. Yesterday, the 3D catalogue would only feed in very slowly but today it's faster (well, it's fed in about 8 pages very quickly, the ones I want, but nothing else).
I think Jochern may have the answer.

I can see the 360 off 4827 Watering hole and 4832 Ranger's truck with rhinoceros ;D
