Title: 5869 Red Corsair Pirate ship

Well the kids and I were looking at the catalog and since I am not in the market for any new ships I never saw it till now.

some skulls to fit in with the newer image of the pirates and with what i think is Arabella Drummond's style identity on the sail

oops my poor picture cut off the skull on the front . Sorry i do not have a scanner and taking pictures when the kids are wrestling over the catalog is a challenge  8}

great news rasputin.  :yup:
it seems to be the old 3055/3740/3133/3619/3174/5733/3860/4067/5775/5810 schooner re-visited once again.  ;)
once again, for what i can see, like all the new ships, it lacks string rigging...  :'(
i bet there will also just one cannon...  :'(
there seems to be at least 2 new pirate figures though....  ;D
and ot is always a new ship to join all the others.  ;D
could you please let us know if there are any more pirate novelties in your catalogue rasputin. please!  :wow:

Well the only other things they are claiming are new is the 4139 Pirate Island Compact set , 4444 Cannon Boat, 5804 Take Along Pirate Treasure Island and the 5869 ship above

i found a better picture of this new schooner in the canadian playmobil site.  :love:
i guess playmobil is just loosig any kind of control over the way they distribute their news and pictures - pictures of new sets first appearing in a swiss on-line shop, the new schooner being first annonced in the canadian site...  8}
