I know I'll probably be in a minority here, but I just can't get enough of the fantasy sets and I'm so pleased to see some new prints on the mermaids and mermen after all these years of having only 3 variations.

But the real icing on the cake for me is the delightful addition of the merchildren. Another wish finally answered! ;D

I'll definitely be buying ALL of these when they reach the UK.

maybe you are indeed a minority sylvia, but quality will always be more important than quantity  ;).
these sets look great  :yup: and, at least, they seem to be playmobil's original ideas (not like the ghost pirates).

These sets are great (though I think the giant seahorses's eyes are a little bit creepy and Barbie-esque.)  I am a big fan of the undersea Playmoworld and these are marvelous additions!  Despite my reservations about what they grow into, I especially like the baby seahorses!  :love:

I also really like the evil-looking toothy red and black fish from 4816!

I can see my girls going ga-ga for these - might have to get some for them and also for me.  Any ideas what the gold jagged things are, held by the young prince, adult prince and princess?

I don't know why it's that odd shape, but it looks like it connects to the large seahorses.
Some kind of a harness, I guess. ???

With those odd goldy things you can connect the sea horses with Triton's sea-coach. As you can see here ...

The yellow ones, from the new Underwaterworld, are still available and those black ones, the Specials, are also still obtainable, I think ...
So, you've still have some chances there.

I was thinking of the specials, I had not seen them around for a while. I will look at a couple of out-of-the-way places that may still have some, but the yellow ones would be fine since they match the submersibles so well. Thanks for the info!
