Title: white handcuffs

hello,
I was reading the book of Felicitas Bachmann. Playmobil: The history of a Smile.
And I've seen this picture. anyone has a white handcuffs ?
I  don't know where does it come :(

If it's really a genuine Plamobil part I'd guess it came in one of the Color sets. Looking at the picture makes me wonder IF this is a Playmobil part though. The handcuffs I know all look a bit different from what can be seen  :lens: in this picture

The picture I had on PlaymoDB - 3324x - Policeman / 2 road signs (http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showinv.pl?setnum=3324x) - is strangely missing accessories; might be a different set by mistake.  I'll get it updated.
