Hi guys,
A couple of weeks ago I started to rebuy playmobil, mostly trains. My other playmo intersest are Steck houses and stuff for nature sceneries.
I joined this forum because it is the only on that has a place especially for trains.
So far I have a new 4050 and the steamloc from set 4005 (sadly with some parts missing) and just yesterday I bought the wagon 4126!
Currently I have 22 curves
12 30cm straights and 6 60 cm straights
One switch manually operated
I got a couple of questions for you guys:
I also got one flexirail, what are you supposed to do with them? Bend the copper rails?
Can you isolate the part behind a switch, it annoys me that I can't "park" a loc?
Some of the second hand rails have their connection piece missing, can these be bought seperatly ?
Thanks in advance and nice to meet all of you playmofanatics!

I've never used the G-scale flexirail, only the HO scale flexirail, so I'll let someone else comment on this.

Yes, any train shop that carries G-scale should have these.

the playmobil part 4373 provides the isolation your lookin for.

these come up on ebay from time to time for around $10.

And bachmann makes isolators as well, but they are brown/black in color.
The nice thing about the playmobil isolators, is they let you switch the power on/off so you can park your engine on the siding then flip the switch and turn off the power and turn on the power on another siding. They come in packs of 2.

The colour LGB chose may not be the best one. My local modelrail shop said that they would be getting PIKO this winter, maybe I'll check out those.
