When the age of the dragon men begun, elders from the Avian kingdom were sent to dwell with mankind. They served as advisers and protectors against the dragon menace. To better assimilate themselves within the communities these avians adopted the colors, arms, and armor of the respective communities. The traditional arms of battle-ax and sword were often replaced, in part, with weapons the avians were unaccustomed to using but quickly adapted to. An example of this is the shield-sword combination weapon.

Here's my latest Avian. I decided to do something different so I added a bit of history and a theoretical way for the wings to be removable. As you can see below, I put a 'male' system-x part on the back and a 'female' part in the wings. Actually, My dad did the work on those parts, but it was my idea :P Its not sturdy enough to take off and put on too many times, but its wayyyyyy better than just putting them on with super glue.

A very clever idea and the custom looks great. But surely the parts are System-X and not Steck.

Got my systems confused.

Bravo! Excellent custom! I like the introduction story also!

Excellent custom, Jimmy! :wow:
Well done :yup:

Very clever design. It looks like the buzards wings with the system X plug . Did you custom make one or do a mold of the whole thing ?
Thanks for showing your creation .
-
Thanks :)
I cut the plug out of another piece and used Mighty Putty to secure and form it to the buzzard wings. Sanded and painted to look nice.
