I used to use this site a while back and it was all in a language i can not recall . Then one day it was gone. Now it is in english all official looking with reference to who owns what copy rights and the plans are tiny. I can not make out any #s at all and it is even hard to see how the smaller parts fit . Does anybody know more about this site or who runs it .
I also see a used parts section but it is not very well stocked .

I think it was originally in Dutch. No doubt there were problems with Playmobil over copyright for the plans which accounts for the smallness of the plans now. Playmobil also like sites to make it clear that they are not part of or supported by or associated with Playmobil officially, hence the information on copyright etc.
Having said that, I can't find the site under any name now. I thought it was www.playfan.nl
Found it! It was and is www.playmofan.nl I've just been on the site and found that you can't see plans, but you can download them as a zip file. When you extract the plans from this they are about 100kb and quite legible.

After reading your post Gordon I looked into my downloads and i was able to zoom in to the tiny scans and they are legible :)9
