Title: Greetings to all!!

I am looking forward to learning my way around this site and interacting with you.  The avatar that I chose is a good one for me as I am a 61 yr old grandma who loves cats and is very active in her church (the rainbow being the sign of the covenant of God). 

My interest in Playmobil started with my first Grandchild 21 yrs ago, but my collecting didn't start until about five years ago.  I have seven grandchildren under the age of 5 yrs. a total of eight all together.  I started buying the large sets when I heard we were expecting grandchild #2 and as the number of grandchildren grew so did my playmobil stock!

I have a room dedicated to Playmobil and leave certain sets up all the time.  My interest in Playmobil themes is general but I do have large sets in the following:  Western, Knights, Pirates, Victorian Doll House, Hospital and Playground/Park.  As we get to know each other and I learn how to do these posts  ??? I will share more about my methods and madness   8} and I hope to learn new tricks from all of you.

I've no children, one wife and one ginger tabby cat.  I'm almost 64 which, my wife says, makes me the equivalent of 32 two-year olds!

Would love to see some photos of your Playmoroom one day! I dream of having a dedicated room like that myself, but with 6 children still living at home (aged between 8-18), I think the realisation is still quite a long way off. 8}
