Title: US Playmobil curiosity

Was wondering if any state side collectors/members know what is going on with the US Playmobil  ? Seems the web store is not only low on stock, much of the new releases have not been listed. They are also having lager than normal discounts at higher frequencies.

Are they clearing out the warehouse for new stock

or downsizing

or ?

With the new round of Tariffs I’m quite curious

My local toy store's PM shelves are more than half empty. Very little is being shipped to them.

Actually, I'm the one explaining to her what's happening with the business in Germany.

She is being sent order catalogs with plenty of N/As, & was told that PM is cutting off sending "big" items to stores (which angered her); rumors in the US Toy Industry are saying that PM may stop sending to stores altogether. PM had NO presence at all at the recent Toy Show in NYC. She's not happy at all with the PM company right now.

Our local brick and mortar has a dismal selection and the owner keeps thinking there will be a new delivery any day now.
