Playmobil released the first pictures of the Kiosk (set 1040), which will go on sale very soon:

 :(o): New pictures seem very 1920s. I can believe they don't have the files for the original images, but why change the era?

Nice that they've changed the posters I guess, makes for more variety. I think they look fine for the era, though it's curious that they seem to have given the people on the posters 'Playmobil' faces, which seems an unnecessary level of effort and I also think looks a bit weird. But I suppose you can always change them easily.

Obviously it's annoying that they haven't included the figures.

Thanks for the update! The new sticker is interesting. I'm not sure how I feel about the Playmo faces.

I wanted it if the figures were included, but if it's just the kiosk, I think I'll pass.

This is how rereleases should be done: the same but different.

Personally, I find "human" pics on playmostuff weird... I much prefer klicky faces.

(I will  ignore Giorginetto's... unmentionalbles. ;D )
