Title: Vespa Sets
Post by: Oliver on April 29, 2024, 15:01:39: Saw some pictures of new Vespa sets online (2 Vespas, and a garage)

Some lovely items, I like the figures. Not sure if the garage walls are System-X and so could be built into other sets?

The color choices will allow lots of them to be used in city dioramas and not look too repetitive

Those seem to appear and disappear from the site - at least the small ones...

I find the "garage" mostly useless, as I don't like system WHY or lame walls with stickers. But I wanted the red bike and the blue guy...

How are the prints? I saw some pics on THAT site, and they were really REALLY crappy :(

I mean, these are unique and expensive... to have a set ruined by sloppy prints...

I assumed they wouldn't sell them here but I just checked the US site and...there they are! :yippee: :woohoo:

edit: They are "notify me" not available yet, but they will clearly be for sale here soon. NICE :paddy:

Oddly there are both English and Italian versions of the "OPEN/CLOSED" signs - who would put the English ones on???
