Title: 95th Rifles - Sergeant Charles Edward Blake
Post by: Arizzo on October 02, 2007, 10:04:25
hi there,

I was longing to do this custom for a real long time and now I finally did it.  ;D

Let me introduce Sergeant Charles 'CEB' Edward Blake of the 95th British Light Infantry (1815), the 'Rifles' Regiment.

Though this custom originally was intended to be the prototype of the (yet to come) whole troop of 25 men, I'm not so sure if I wanna do this 24 times again (especially the needlework for the buttons), so maybe this "luxury version" ist just for the display and the troop will be customized in a less detailed and more basic manner.

Excellent work, Arizzo, well done.

:wow: :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow:

And yes, I think you should go for all 25 like this!  You can do it!

And my wife wants to know how you did the buttons (but I don't think she's offering to do them on the other 24).

Hi Arizzo

And congratulations on making such a fine figure. Although I wouldn't have the patience to do all of the buttons they do look great and finish the figure off nicely - Craig

Arrizo's "making of" is one of the best guides and set of instructions for customizing that I have ever seen. This is not to be missed!

The illustrations are first class, clear and easily understood. Arrizo's graphics can be seen by all of the Playmofriends members who are also members at GW-PC. If you are not yet registered at GW-PC ... all you have to do is ask Sylvia to register you.

All the best,
Richard
