The question was had another pirate a tattoo on his arm looks like the 4915 one ?

hi andi,
i tried to look all over my sets (i have almost all of them form the first) but found nothing. :(
the new u.s. 5809 pirates's dinghy (i still miss it) though seems to have a tatooed pirate.
i hope this helps. :)

I think seawarrior and cachalote are both right, Andi. :yup:

The instruction sheet for set 5809 is already up at playmoDB and the pirate's pic shows he has the same tattoo:
