That's what I thought!
Actually, it's a caravan (aka camper)

Strictly speaking, a caravan trailer which can be attached to a pickup.
-
We have Funstores here in Belgium, so I guess it will show up here as well...
-
Ah, it's a French word. So the French have caravans too, who knew? ;D

Yeah, but it is the one normally used here - or at least it was, when I was a cub (a million years ago)..

I notice this topic has had 200 views - is this because of people looking to see what roulotte means?

Eish, I had no idea the word is so obscure.... Can a mod maybe correct the topic title?
-
No, I think the title should stand, despite the joke about the word (it wasn't just me!). One of the benefits of PF being international is learning new things about other places, people and languages, before the whole world becomes a Macdonald's!
For example, the word 'camper' is used for both roulottes (I had to over-ride the Auto-correct to type that!) and motorhomes in the US and Canada, I believe; 'caravan' can mean a roulotte or a string of camels, 'trailer' means all sorts of things (not always a wheeled vehicle either!).
I had never heard the word 'bangs' applied to hair before I began collecting PM.

Shows how young you are - it was a popular hair style in the inter-war years.

Do we? I guess you’re confusing it with the shops “Fun” (https://www.fun.be) ;-) . This article is on sale in the Playmobil funstores :-)

Isn't Bangs an Americanism? We always say a fringe in the UK

Do people who live near Moscow have such campers? Do they call it...Russian roulotte?

Having seen the youtube videos of Russian driving that is most likely.

Yes, "caravana" here (besides a group travelling with camels or wagons or whatever, or the ones that go into the west with those big covers!) can also be a "roulotte" (I guess, but I don't think it was that used for it).
"Autocaravana" is a "motorhome", like the playmobil campers...
Agreed on the "bangs", I wasn't familiar with the term.
(words are always interesting!)

As Boris corrected; I confused playmobil´s "Funstores" with belgian "Fun" stores.
