I saw this on Ebay. Anyone have any info on it? There seems to be no set #. It's going for $8.95, from Spain.

This dragon was with a Super 4 magazine some months ago. I haven't opened mine so if you're interested let me know. Cheaper than Spain! ;D

Yes, I just got the German version and will be posting on Animobil in a week or two. It is already on the site just not the full photo set yet. I assume the version in your photo speaks Spanish, where mine just speaks German. :D
