Der neue VAG-Verkehrsmeister (http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=15993.0) braucht ja  irgendwie auch ein wenig Verkehr zum Meistern, also habe ich mich drangemacht, einen passenden Bus zu erstellen:

What would a Nuremberg Public Transport Operations Officer (http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=15993.0) do if there's no public transport device? Bus urgently required!

Am Anfang war ein alter Playmobil bus - in the beginning there was an old Playmobil bus.

Das Klebeband hat fast überall ordentlich gehalten - masking tape did a neat job, nearly perfectly.

DAS war die Linie meiner Jugend *g* - destination blind in memory the days of my youth  8}.

Die Sitze im klassischen Nürnberger Blau - seats in blue as usually in Nuremberg.

Aus der Lackiererein zurück und zusammengesetzt. Ein paar kleine Arbeiten stehen noch aus. - Back from the painter's.

An excellent piece of custom work and that last final touch of phot0graphing the finished bus in situ is, as Tahra says, "awesome"!

Cheers for you interest and kind replies. Here's a last one. Also taken at the original place next to Nuremberg City Hall and with a real bus passing that place.

A fantastic customisation, JJ! I was a bit  :omg: at the first few pictures, but you made such a great job of it I was reassured. I love a happy ending.

That real life bus didn't destroy all your hard work, I hope?

I have happy memories of bus journeys around Sheffield in my youth, under 16 you could go anywhere for 2p! Those buses were cream with a blue stripe, but I haven't your skill to recreate one in PM.. :-[

Quite the contrary. Its driver slowed down and stopped for a mo to let me take the pic  :).
