This is the Santa that I created for the PCC contest (but ran out of time to enter him).  I put him with some woodland friends...

I tried to get the birds on the Stag's antlers, but it wasn't working out the way that I wanted without major modifications

That should be next year's Advent Calendar (probably with fewer trees- or cardboard ones!). Wonderful!
