would you be able to guide/advice us as to their general guidelines;
e.g. DS klickies not allowed, specials klickies not allowed etc?

With the correct ETNs and enough stock-availability, almost everything is possible  ;)
It often helps a lot when Geobra knows you and your collecting activities enough and how well the contacts you have with them are.

Correct me if I'm wrong but there are two ways to order German DS .  The website ordering, and then direct contact through email or phone. Klickies are only available direct contact and never on the site.
Also be aware that they have a special account coding for collectors.  If you are a confirmed collector they are more helpful in getting you things. They really dislike resellers, they don't want people buying a quantity of something from them and then selling it off on ebay. But if they know it is for your own collection that helps. I know Magayver  has the coding so he could order large quantities of parts for his special projects like Versailles.
