thanks, sometimes when I remove the masking tapes to reveal some badly sprayed edges, its really heart breaking but this time, almost a perfect 10 ;D

it seems they didnt wear completely black gear and that red is not at all 'bright' in darkness

The one with the "meshy" torso

The one with the "meshy" torso
inspired by an old B&W show (during my childhood days) called ""the samurai" whose 'good' ninja was named "Tombei", from the Koga ninja faction, who wore such a 'netting' tunic ;D
...just wondering what you will make with this torso ;)

oh....then you need many....I just need 1 Tombei ;)
and I forgot to explain that that ninja party is being sent to scale a castle wall, kill the guards and break security doors and the main gate for the attacking party

Those look great, a very nice bit of detailing.

As I understand it, the black ninja comes from traditional plays. In the plays the ninjas are invisible assassins and so wear all black to disappear against the black background of the stage.
The real life ninjas were infiltrators. They'd dress up to fit into where they were going, do what they had to do, then leave.
More Mission Impossible and not so much League of Assassins.

thanks Tiermann

agreed and climbing over heavily guarded castle walls at night would make black clothes most logical for the mission...maybe after that, remove them to reveal fake uniforms of castle guards ;)
