Yep, that is French collector Jean-Mi´s latest work. I meet him once or twice on exhibitions in Belgium/Northern-France a few years ago. He´s known for his supersized dioramas, and he also did a huge steck-version of London´s Big Ben.
He also plans to open a Playmobil-museum at his residence.

Well I just posted a thread about this without seeing yours! My apologies. But a dio this big maybe needs multiple threads!
The man is a hero. A HERO.

I remember Big Ben, when he posted it on TricorneJock? I wanted to send him a congratulations note, but I do not know how to contact him, although to be honest, he would not know me at all. So if you chat with him, tell him my jaw has dropped as well over this project, and congratulations
