Got this one in a lot from a Maltese seller (I think). The hair and crown may not go with the klicky, but the other parts match well. I cannot find her anywhere.

The body is one of the last year Quick  Restaurant Collecting edition.

And you are right, hair and crown are not original.

Wow! Those are nice figures. Thanks for the information, Daniela. It is a shame none of the restaurants round here give away such nice toys or my children might eat out more often!

I wonder if there is any chance such things could be offered in the PCC special sale?

No, I thought not.  :(
