Tried the PlaymoDB tool, but no luck...any insights?

Maybe there are other sets, but he's definitely in set 4294 (lighthouse island), with different hair and helmet if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks!  Came in a box of random castle parts I bought on ebay, but you're right, the hair and parts have been changed out.

He is also in the Carrying Case, set 5894.
