Just bought a couple of these, they're real nice.
The "parts" box comes in the bigger box. :)
-
That is very nice, is it a new thing? :o

I think so, it's the first time I've seen them! :)

Now why didn't the pcc tell anyone? It takes 3 years for production and it's hardly something that they need to worry about as far as copyrights ???
They look really nice and it's a great storage concept
If you do not mind me asking, how much were they???
-
I sometimes think the pcc is more about a means of getting rid of excess stock than servicing the collecting community. Too many of the raffles are for merchandise rather than playmobil and the board is really only active around the time of the sale, very little happens for the rest of the year.

I paid 13 euro a piece for them, that's including the "parts box".That's the price of a good storage box here, and I must say, these are REALLY good quality!

I never considered that :eh?: interesting idea that I would love to look into... BUT I AM BANNED

Thanks , that does seem reasonable except I don't know what a € is worth. What does a normal plastic tub of the same size cost in €'s
-
You bought them from the pcc then?

A quality one, like these, around 10-12 euro.

No, no-found them hidden away in a large toystore!

Nice, but if you see for example Tahras collection, I suppose you will have to spend a fortune for boxes.
And I would prefer to decorate them with my own pictures.
Nevertheless, I like them.
But I don´t think, they are from Playmobil. There are lots of box systems like this with different decorations.

If I was to put all of my collection in these, I'd need a few hundred, so I have no intention to do so, but a couple of these are sure nice to have around!
They're licenced from Playmobil, btw.

Lovely, especially that compartement box. I really really really want about 50 of those. What a dream for sorting small stuff.
-
I only have three boxes myself, one for horses, one for medieval clickies and one for medieval weapons and armor.
And all three of them are very full so I might need to get more at some point, pretty sure that when the time comes to place my new DS order that I will have to seriously do some reorganising to make room for it all.

Thank you Eric for the info. What is interesting to me is that I have been buying many plastic tubs from target that are clear with a blue lid. They are about $6-ish each. I have bought a lot of them and they work so well for me. I filled an old 20-ish foot camper trailer with them. I gutted the trailer, built shelves, and now use it at the farm for some extra storage. I intended on using the trailer as a sort of mobile theme traveling diorama. It's unfortunately an old ugly leaking trailer but the sets being in these tubs protect them.
The barn is full of the tubs as they keep the ever present dust particles at bay.
If I had known, or had access to these I would have been overjoyed to support geobra brand. I had no other option in the USA so I bought Chinese Target tubs. They are great and I really utilize them.
I wish I had known and had access as I think these are so much better looking
I could have supported geobra brand by buying these, I need ??? Just a guess...don't hold me to it but maybe 1000-ish and I intend, god willing, to go to 10,000 :-[
Ps, I never threw away a clean Cardboard box. I really wanted to use the art work on the boxes as a wallpaper inside the trailer, barn or playmo room

You're absolutely right, Ras-we don't get nearly enough info about things like these... :(

I don't THINK these are new...
They're lovely, but.. well.. tiny. Though very nice if they were to be in view - have to keep them in mind :)
